Five talented young filmmakers showcased their work and discussed their inspiration and process. The reception afterwards gave everyone a chance to meet and talk about the video projects. Intel’s Start Making! for Girls WHAT IT IS: Intel’s Start Making! Program consists of five sessions that introduce youth to the basics of circuitry, coding, crafting, and engineering through fun activities and “open make” self-designed projects. Clubhouse members and mentors took an adventure out to Cambridge last Friday to check out Cambridge Access Television.  Neha Agrawal, Youth Media Coordinator at CCTV and guest speaker from the Adobe Youth Voices Documentary Volunteer Internship, gave an awesome tour of CCTV’s facilitates.  Clubhouse members learned the resources available to them at their local access television stations.  They are able to take out equipment, have their own television show, radio show, and take a variety of classes on media production. ...

The past couple weeks have been buzzing in the Clubhouse.
