Safety Precautions

Masks are optional in The Clubhouse. Those who wish to wear masks are encouraged to do so. We ask that everyone entering the building use hand sanitizer in the vestibule and then immediately wash their hands once inside The Clubhouse.

All staff and members will be required to clean up after themselves after each use of equipment in our space. We will perform a cleaning of the space before opening. A professional cleaning company will provide daily cleanings each evening.

In the event that a youth, mentor, or staff member becomes ill while at The Clubhouse, they will be isolated in Learning Lab – Play room until arrangements are made for them to leave the facility. If they exhibit any symptoms of coronavirus, The Clubhouse will be closed immediately until our professional cleaning service can disinfect the space. In the event they later test positive for COVID-19, all youth and parents/guardians, mentors, and staff will be notified.

Members may eat in either side of the Learning Lab (Purpose and Play rooms) or at the Green Table. Food and drink may not be brought anywhere else in The Clubhouse. Members may not eat at work stations such as at computers, at vinyl machines, at the resin table, or in the music studio, for example.

We will provide a trash bin for food waste. Access to the refrigerator and microwave are permitted.
